Most of us who grew up in Kerala know the feeling: the meen curry is right, except it isn't. The chilli is too sharp, the turmeric tastes of the packet, the coriander has no smell. What is missing is the masala from home, dried in the sun and ground in small amounts, the way it was done in our own kitchens.
Spice Charm is a small family business. The Kashmiri chilli, turmeric and coriander are dried and ground at home in Kerala, and the whole black pepper is packed as it is. We pack every order ourselves and send it across India by courier, so a family in Bengaluru, Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai or Delhi NCR can cook with what tastes like home.
