Shipping and delivery

• We deliver by hand in Greater Noida West, across Delhi NCR (Noida, Greater Noida, Delhi, Ghaziabad and Gurugram), and by courier to the rest of India. We confirm the expected delivery date on WhatsApp.
• Orders outside NCR must be paid in advance. Pay by UPI on delivery is available in NCR only.
• The delivery charge depends on location and weight. We confirm it on WhatsApp before you pay.
• We send delivery updates on WhatsApp.

Cancellation and refunds

• You can cancel an order before it is dispatched by messaging us on WhatsApp. We refund the full amount by UPI.
• Food packs cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons.
• If a pack arrives damaged, leaking, past its best-before date or not what you ordered, send a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace it or refund you, your choice.
• Refunds are sent by UPI within 7 working days of approval.

Pricing and payment

• All prices are MRPs in Indian rupees, inclusive of all taxes.
• Orders are confirmed on WhatsApp. You pay by UPI to our business account (biz.spicecha678@fbl) using our QR code. In Delhi NCR you can also pay by UPI on delivery.
• We dispatch once the payment shows in our account. Orders outside NCR are dispatched only after payment.
• We confirm the final amount, including delivery, before you pay.

Privacy policy

We collect only what we need to take and deliver your order: your name, phone number, delivery address and, if you give it, your email.

This site does not use cookies or advertising trackers. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies, and your cart is kept only in your own browser. If you reach us from one of our links, the WhatsApp message the site prepares ends with a short tag such as [via instagram], so we know which post helped. You can delete it before sending.

• We use these details to process, deliver and support your order, and to send you an invoice.
• We share them only with our courier partner, and only to deliver your order.
• We send offers on WhatsApp only if you ask us to. Reply STOP at any time.
• We keep order records for as long as tax law requires.
• You can ask us to see, correct or delete your details by writing to keralaspicecharm@gmail.com. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Terms and conditions

• This website is operated by Salma Safarudeen, trading as Spice Charm, Sector 10, Greater Noida West, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh 201301.
• Ingredients, allergens, nutrition and best-before details are printed on each pack. Please read the label before eating.
• We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock or a price was shown in error. We refund any amount paid.
• These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.
